Order processed by Printful

DOBI operates according to a drop shipping model. 

When a customer purchases from DOBI, the order is automatically sent to Printful, who then takes care of the production, packaging and shipping of the product to the customer.


Any problem with an order must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the goods.

You can report problems with an order via our contact form by specifying the order number.
Click on "Report a problem" and write down your problem in detail.


Any problem with packages lost in transit must be reported within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

However, keep in mind that if the tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, we will not take any responsibility and will not reship that order.


Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of a delivery service used to deliver the goods.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to des@dobi.studio, we will be happy to ship a replacement free of charge.


We print our products on demand.

Once you place an order, it takes 3 to 20 business days - depending on the country of delivery - to print and ship our products.
